Empowered with 24 years of experience in various areas of education like Teaching, Leadership and Counseling, Swapna is a Double Postgraduate in the field of Education Management and in Commerce along with Degree in Education and Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling and Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Business Management. She strongly believes that the strength of a nation is the Quality of Education based on Principles and Values imparted to the students at the early stage of learning and grooming them into productive citizens.  She is an educationalist and visited Cambridge University, Schools in UK and Schools in Bhutan and brings in a rich and varied experience of teaching and management.
